Doug is a Webkinz Beagle that loves Gem Mining and the mines. In a W-Tales story The Last Adventure we found out that Doug wasn't friends with Arte anymore because he would not let Doug into the Mines because he probably thought that Doug would take all the gems if not all then most of them. Now the mines are open to everyone and you can meet Doug in the Clubhouse's Collectors Room at random times. If you have the gem he's looking for he'll give you 1 of 20 prizes. he stays there for 1 hour a day. There are 20 prizes to collect.
