The Aztec Theme is a rare room theme that is found in the Curio Shop, eStore, or is given out as an exclusive item from the Wish Factory. The theme was released during September 2008, and retired in March 2023.
The theme's design is based on aspects of the cultures of Aztec peoples.

- Despite being an Aztec-themed collection, some items are based off of other indigenous cultures, such as the Machu Picchu Pedestal, which is based off of the Inca-made Machu Picchu. Another example would be the Tribal Totem; totem poles are structures exclusively found in American Northwest coastal Indigenous tribes.
