Last year in kinzville was about the election, Cowabelle became mayor and caught our attention, now this chain of office on her shoulders she wears, so the citizens of kinzville can see how much she cares, But i still believe that there's nobody in kinzville more caring that you, and I want you to know that someone appreciates all that you do, so i've sent you the first piece of the puzzle to put on your floor, and in the next 8 time capsules i'll send you some more.
