Note: "Webkinz Generation 3" is not the official name for these new Webkinz pets. This term is being used to differentiate these pets from "Classic" and "Next" pets, since their style is a unique blend of the two.

Source #2 - Anonymous Store and Sales Rep[]

Three new pets are confirmed to ship to the stores that ordered them in the first week of December. These three pets are the Fox, Bay Horse, and Spotted Pig.

Five more new pets are confirmed to ship to stores in February 2026. These are the Chocolate Lab, Black and White Cat, Highland Cow, Corgi, and Capybara.

A sales rep at a smaller store was given instructions to limit orders to one of each assortment per store. Each assortment will have three of each pet, which is nine total in December and fifteen in February. It's speculated that some larger stores will get more of each plush.

The wholesale price and MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) is the same as the previous release, $24.99 USD. However, stores will still be able to set their own prices, as they did for the latest release.

This new wave of Webkinz will all have a Magic W embroidered on their feet like the original Webkinz. The Magic W logo will be a newer version, a blue W with a rainbow behind it. The plush will come with codes for both Classic and Next.

Plush Bum Patches[]

The first wave of Webkinz G3 plush no longer have the Classic Webkinz "W" patch. New plush will have a special patch specifically designed for that pet. It will be located on the back left thigh of the pet. The second Wave of G3 plush have a newer version of the "W" patch. It has a blue W with a rainbow behind it.

Update: June 20, 2025[]

Ganz has released information about this plush line twice before only to delete it hours later. The reason is unknown.

According to this capture on the Internet Archive (June 20, 2025), the Store Locator said, "Our new Webkinz plush line will be available in stores on October 1. Some stores may be doing pre-orders. Contact your local store for more details and to let them know that you’re getting a new plush pet for your Webkinz family!" On July 24, 2025, Ganz updated their store locator and release date page, which now only says "Coming Soon!"
